As an Admin Assistant at Freedom, your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Receiving stock
  • Stock control/count
  • Purchasing orders
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Customer service - this will be at the forefront of your role
  • Efficient administration of the store’s daily operations
  • Banking
  • Communicating with customers over service queries and delivery problems
  • Sending customer notifications


To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Effective communication and strong computer skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous store/retail administration experience
  • Willing to work weekends
